This 80 m³ asphalt tanker trailer features an elongated tank (approx. 15,000 mm × 2,550 mm × 4,270 mm) constructed from 6 mm Q235B carbon steel with 6 mm end plates and 4 compartments for flexible batch deliveries. The robust carbon-steel construction and partitioned tank design ensure excellent thermal retention and safe segregation of different asphalt grades during multi-stop deliveries.
Chassis and running gear are engineered for heavy work: a 4-axle system (16 t per axle) with reputable brands (BPW/FUWA options), JOST D200T landing gear, bolt-on JOST 2.0/3.5" kingpin options, mechanical suspension, and heavy-duty 12.00R22.5 tires. These features give the trailer strong load-bearing ability and field serviceability while keeping maintenance straightforward. As noted, while tank volume yields a mass estimate (~81.6 t for typical hot bitumen), operational payload is constrained by axle limits and tare weight — practical loaded tonnage is typically lower (~50 t estimate) depending on configuration and local regulations.
