Built with a high-strength chassis of Q345 or T700 steel and a hot-rolled “C” channel side beam, this 3-axle trailer balances robust structural strength with controllable curb weight (≈ 9,950 kg ±3%). The platform uses anti-slip patterned plate (3 mm) and layered flange design (upper plate 14 mm, lower plate 16 mm, middle 8 mm) to ensure load distribution and durability for frequent heavy-duty operations.
The trailer features mechanical suspension with 8-leaf springs (90 mm × 16 mm), JOST 3-axle assemblies, 12R22.5 tyres (12 pcs), dual air brakes with WABCO emergency relay valve, and a 24V / 7-wire electrical harness—all standard but configurable. Customization options include paint color (electrocoat + powder coat, RAL9002 default), toolboxes, additional electrical circuits, removable gate (1700 mm), extra lashing points and client-specified axle/suspension upgrades to suit varied payload or road regulations.
