This trailer follows the typical aluminum-tanker construction: tank body and dished ends from high-strength 5182 series aluminum (tank plate thicknesses commonly 6–8 mm depending on compartment), with mirror polishing and stainless passivation for surface protection and easier cleaning. The example configuration here features six compartments (total ~48,500 L as commonly listed for similar 3-axle aluminum tankers), CIVACON-style 4″ subsea/discharge valves and clamp-type manholes, and overflow prevention probes — giving safe, fast loading and unloading for hot bitumen or diesel.
This unit uses a reinforced aluminum-alloy frame (6061 type T-beam) with BPW 12T 3-axle groups (air suspension with front axle lift option), Hankook 295/80R22.5 tires (12+1 spare), forged aluminum rims, WABCO ABS/relay valve braking systems and stainless or aluminum valve boxes for long service life. Advantages: reduced tare weight (more payload), compartmentalized loading, and factory-level CIVACON discharge fittings for safe connection.
