Use Cases
Commonly used for long-haul and regional distribution of liquefied petroleum gases such as propylene, propane (LPG) and other light hydrocarbons, serving fuel depots and cylinder filling stations. Bulk transport, terminal-to-terminal supply and fleet delivery are typical applications where capacity, payload and certification matter.

Detailed Description
This 53 m³ aluminum LPG/propylene tanker is fabricated from marine-grade aluminum alloy (commonly 5083 series) with a cylindrical (double-D / ellipse) body, designed pressure typically around 1.6 MPa for LPG/propylene service. The design balances a thin, corrosion-resistant tank wall (aluminum thickness commonly 6–12 mm depending on spec) with internal baffles and manholes to control sloshing and allow safe filling/emptying.
Chassis and running gear are a tri-axle layout (3 axles, usually 13-ton / BPW or FUWA types), with options for air suspension or heavy mechanical suspension, 12 tires (commonly 12R22.5), and wheelbases around 6,900–7,230 + 1310 + 1310 mm depending on configuration. Typical tare weights range ~15,500–16,500 kg with a rated payload around 25–30 t; the trailer can be supplied with ASME / ADR / PED compliance and a range of valve/manifold, cabinet and protection options per buyer requirements. Custom layout and instrumentation (valve boxes, vapor recovery, pressure relief, EBS/ABS) are commonly offered.
