The J6P platform pairs a proven CA6DM3 (520 hp) or WP13 engine with a 12-speed AMT (or optional 12/16-speed manual) delivering high torque (2,300–2,800 N·m) at low rpm for fuel-efficient, heavy-load cruising. The robust chassis (300×80×8 mm high-strength double-layer frame), 13-ton rear drive axle and selectable final ratios (2.688–3.7) let fleets tune the truck for either high-speed economy or low-speed hauling muscle — a major advantage for mixed-duty operations.
Comfort and safety are engineered for long routes: a high-roof sleeper cab with air-suspended seats, ABS, optional Jacobs engine braking and driver assistance packages (LDWS/FCW) reduce fatigue and improve safety on demanding routes.
