This aluminum alloy cement bulk tanker features a V-shaped hopper body fabricated from high-strength aluminum alloy sheets for reduced tare weight and superior corrosion resistance compared with steel tanks. Typical capacities range from 28–35 m³ (adjustable by design) with a rated axle capacity of 3 × 13 t = 39 t, delivering a high payload-to-tare ratio that increases transport efficiency. The tanker uses automatic submerged-arc or robotic welding on critical joints to ensure airtight pneumatic performance and low retention volume (<0.3%).
Pneumatic discharge is driven by a reliable air compressor (reputable Chinese brand) with adjustable discharge hose length (standard to customer requirement), 500 mm manholes (×2), and 4" / quick-connect discharge outlets. Chassis and subframe are engineered from high-strength Q345B sections or equivalent, with mechanical leaf spring suspension (optionally parabolic/air suspension), single-wheel hubs (single tires per position) for lower rolling resistance, and standard safety features (pressure relief valve, sandblasted & primed anti-corrosion paint process).
