The tanker body is manufactured from 5182 aluminum alloy with tank head thickness ~7.8 mm and shell thickness ~7.0 mm, while anti-wave baffles use 6 mm 5182 plates — delivering a lightweight yet durable structure that reduces curb weight and improves payload efficiency. The integrated T-type 6061 aluminum longitudinal beam frame and H-type 304 stainless steel walking mechanism provide reinforced support and longevity; combined axle rating (BPW 12T ×3) gives a robust load foundation (approx. 36T axle rating total) for heavy fuel loads.
All fluid handling components are premium: CIVACON aluminum subsea valves, clamp-type European manhole covers, 6 CIVACON discharge valves and CIVACON anti-overflow probes across 6 compartments; discharge piping (3" & 4") and polished tank surface with stainless pickling/passivation ensure safe, hygienic and low-maintenance fuel transfer. The trailer includes practical accessories (Hankook 295/80R22.5 tires + forged aluminum rims, WABCO ABS 4S/2M, toolbox, ladder, fire extinguishers) and supports full customization of compartment sizes, fittings and surface finish to meet specific customer requests.
