This tanker pairs a corrosion-resistant aluminum tank (tank wall 5 mm) with a robust steel chassis — longitudinal beam made of Q355B — to achieve low tare weight while maintaining structural strength. With overall dimensions 12,000 × 2,500 × 3,500 mm and 45,000 L distributed across 5 compartments, it maximizes usable volume and improves payload efficiency for each run. (Advantages: large usable volume, lighter tank weight, customizable compartmenting.)
The design includes functional safety and service features: 4 mm wave-breaking plates, 6 mm head thickness, factory standard hoarding walkway, manual folding handrails, 5 manhole covers, and emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, static conductive reel and belt). Chassis components — ZW 13T × 3 axles, mechanical suspension, 12R22.5 tires and 9.0R22.5 rims — deliver stable handling under heavy loads; valve boxes, discharge piping (3" × 6 m × 2 pcs) and optional valve layouts are available per customer specification.
