Detailed Description
This semi-trailer uses an aluminum alloy inner tank (for excellent low-temperature toughness and corrosion resistance) coupled with a robust frame and outer shell that can be supplied in Q235 carbon steel or aluminum depending on customer preference. The vessel is designed for cryogenic service (inner design temp down to −196 °C) and is equipped with multi-layer vacuum insulation and required pressure-relief & safety devices.
The trailer is supplied with selectable design pressure (1.13 MPa or 1.46 MPa), 3-axle configuration with air suspension, standard kingpin options (JOST 2.0" or 3.5") and heavy-duty 12R22.5 tires. Capacity, volume and payload are customizable — we will adjust tank geometry, insulation and tare to meet your volumetric and legal payload targets.
