Use Cases
Common use cases include bulk LOX delivery to hospitals and medical oxygen stations, and industrial supply for steel, welding, and chemical plants where continuous cryogenic oxygen supply is required. This cryogenic tanker also serves oxygen-filling stations and centralized on-site storage for large customers.

Detailed Description
The trailer is a vacuum-insulated, double-shell cryogenic tank constructed with aluminum alloy outer shell and a compatible inner liner (aluminum or stainless inner vessel depending on design). Typical 23 m³ LOX trailers use multilayer insulation with high vacuum to minimize boil-off and are built on a reinforced 3-axle chassis with options for mechanical or air suspension. Advantages: low tare weight due to aluminum, reduced operating fuel costs and higher payload.
Liquid oxygen has a density of approximately 1.141 kg/L (1,141 kg/m³); therefore a full 23 m³ load contains roughly ≈26,243 kg of LOX (23,000 L × 1.141 kg/L). The tanker’s design pressure for LOX trailers of this size is commonly in the region of ~1.6 MPa (16 bar) or per client/regulatory requirement, and overall outer dimensions typically fall in the range ~11.6–12.5 m length × 2.5 m width × 3.45–3.55 m height for 23–25 m³ packages. Advantages: customizable fittings (valve box, pressure relief, vapor return, filling/discharge layout) to match customer operations.
