Detailed Description
The tanker body is manufactured from carbon steel with 4 mm wall thickness (tank ends 5 mm) and a V-shaped single-silo layout that optimizes flow for pneumatic discharge; the design uses automatic submerged-arc welding for consistent strength and leak resistance. Key capacity figures include 24 m³ volume and a 30 t rated payload; retention volume is low (<0.3%), helping minimize product waste during transport.
The chassis is built from high-strength Q345B steel with a heavy-duty bottom frame, fitted with 2 × 13-ton axles, mechanical leaf-spring suspension (90×13 mm, 10-leaf packs), 12R22.5 tubeless tyres (8 pcs) and a 4″ discharge mouth plus an 8 m discharge hose (customizable). Standard safety and service items include manholes (2 × Ø500 mm), safety pressure valve, Chinese-brand air compressor and diesel engine, sandblasted and primed paint finish.
