This 30,000 L milk tanker features a cylindrical, food-grade SUS304 2B stainless steel shell (typical wall thickness 3 mm) with multiple manholes (commonly 5 × Ø450 mm), top platform access and a dedicated cleaning system (rotary cleaning nozzles). Key advantages include full food-grade construction for sanitary contact surfaces and robust insulation (polyurethane foam ≥100 mm typical) to maintain milk temperature during long hauls.
On the chassis side the trailer uses a 3-axle configuration, drum braking with ABS (4S/2M) and heavy-duty tires (e.g. 385/65R22.5, 20PR, 6 units), giving excellent load capacity and road stability. With a gross vehicle weight of 40,000 kg and curb weight 7,500 kg, the usable payload reaches approximately 32,500 kg, making it ideal for high-volume dairy transport and bulk liquid logistics.
