Detailed Description
This 65CBM stainless steel bulk tanker is built from SUS304 stainless steel (tank body ~3mm, heads ~4.5mm) and divided into 5 compartments so you can carry different feed types or staged loads. The trailer uses FUWA 16-ton axles (3 pieces), mechanical leaf-spring suspension (10/10/10 leaf arrangement), a hydraulic driven discharge system and manual sliding manhole covers — all designed to deliver low residual rate (≤0.22) and high discharge capacity (≈650–750 kg/min).
The chassis and layout are engineered for a ~40 ton loading weight (payload dependent on local GVW regulations) with an extended wheelbase (7300+1310+1310 mm) for stability; tire spec is 315/80R22.5. The design is highly customizable — tank volume, compartment sizes, discharge arrangement, inlet/outlet fittings and the top-manhole/cover type can be adjusted to meet customer specifications.
